Thanks to all of you that have been following us here at the Muscle Manifesto.  As the company blog of Manifest Men and Manifest Muscle, we have primarily focused solely on our own direct content in the past.  But that is changing.

We will continue to bring you News of the latest things happening at the premier group of muscle sites, but will also bring a more personal approach to the blog with posts from Vin and myself as well as from Tony our first class blog author.  What are we doing, what is interesting to us, what happens on set and things that catch our eye that we want to share with you.  Even news from other sites that we enjoy or admire.
